The SOS Coalition commissioned Media Monitoring Africa (MMA) to do some research on ICASA. The purpose was to assist with its submission on the Draft Public Service Broadcasting Bill, 2009. MMA researches the roles and functions of ICASA and how these should be reflected in the PSB Bill. It also looks at issues beyond the Bill.
