The Southern Africa Digital Broadcasting Association (SADIBA) claims that there were many problems with the Brazilian / Japanese digital standards trial conducted by Sentech. Key stakeholders were not asked to participate. Further, experts in the field were not able to independently vet the claims made during the trials.
